Return Policy

Basic Return and Refund
We offer a 30 day return policy from delivery date for most purchases ordered on Lat.ltd for a refund. The refund process will be initiated only once we have received the product back in our warehouse and we have completed all quality checks and verification at our end. The mode of refund may depend on the mode of payment used at the time of placing the order.

Note:
Certain products such as eating utensils, bottle feeding items / accessories, breast pumps, blankets, mattresses, diapers, potty seats, bath and fabric items and personal care items cannot be resold for hygienic reasons and are therefore non-refundable.

 

Return Request

Just contact us for an RMA number prior to return shipping. Please send us an e-mail at australia@timesgolden.com requesting an RMA number in the event of a return or if you have any questions about our return policy.

 

Return Criteria
Lat.ltd will cover the cost of return shipping for defective items, and will refund 100% of the purchase price. An unwanted, resalable item will be refunded 100% of the purchase price provided:
1) It is returned with all original documentation and packaging.
2) Manufacturer tags are intact.
3) It is in unused condition.

Note:
1) Please return your purchase in its original packaging with all the parts and freebies with your original receipt for a refund. Please make sure that the products are properly packed when you are returning it. Returned items not meeting these criteria are subject to a 30% restocking fee. You will be responsible for shipping costs (each way) on unwanted items.
2) You must notify us of damaged / defective products within 10 business days from the date of delivery. In the event that a product is defective or damaged in shipping, Lat.ltd will provide an equivalent replacement item. In some cases, the manufacturer may opt to replace a defective part rather than replacing an entire item. If a replacement is not available, Lat.ltd will issue a full refund.
3) In case the products handed over are not the products that were delivered ("Incorrect Product") or are returned with missing pieces/parts, we shall not be responsible for any loss/damage, if any, caused to the Incorrect Product or missing pieces/parts. Also, The said Incorrect Product and products missing pieces/parts will be shipped back to the customer at customer's expense in 10 business days of receipt of the same at the our warehouse.
4) If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the products returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.
5) Products returned without an RMA are subject to a 30% restocking fee, due to additional processing costs caused by unexpected returns. We appreciate your help in keeping our costs and prices low!

Returns for Orders that Ordered a Special Shipping Carrier
In the event that you have paid for special shipping carrier(as UPS DHL Fedex) for your order items, when you request to return the order, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. This includes the cost to return the items to us, as well as the cost of shipping the items to you.
Once the special order has been shipped from us, even if you have not received it, you will be responsible for round-trip freight costs should you decide to refuse delivery.
